The business of securing and rehabbing properties is tough enough without an overly complicated lending process.  La Costa Loans simplifies the lending process by concentrating on what is actually needed from our borrowers and because we are a direct lender La Costa Loans can make decisions and fund quickly.  We understand that for you to be successful you must close purchases fast and efficiently.  All that is needed to start the loan process is the subject property address and a few facts allowing us to complete a preliminary analysis of the project to determine the funds required to make the loan equitable for everyone.  Once it is determined the loan is equitable a Letter of Intent will be sent outlining the terms and conditions, costs and any additional information required.  Once the signed Letter of Intent is returned with the requested information a property visit will be scheduled with a typical funding timeframe of 14 days after receiving all requested information.
